What if I forgot to add the referral code?

No problem! Contact your Rivian sales advisor and ask them to add the referral code to your order before finalizing. Don't sign until they confirm it's applied. This works right up until delivery.

How do I earn points and free RAN charging?

It's easy! When you use referral code to purchase or lease your new R1T or R1S vehicle and take delivery, you'll receive:

• 500 points for Tri or Quad motor configurations
• 250 points for Dual Large or Dual Max configurations
• 100 points for Dual Standard configurations
• 3 months of free charging at Rivian Adventure Network chargers

Points can be used on awesome Rivian accessories and gear in the R1 Shop and Gear Shop.

How long do I have to use my points?

You have a generous 2 years from when you receive your points to use them on select Rivian products and services in the R1 Shop and Gear Shop.

Where do I enter my Rivian referral code?

The easiest way is to click the "Configure Your Rivian" button above—the referral code is automatically applied to your order. If you're already on Rivian's website, you can enter the code manually during checkout in the referral code field, or ask your Rivian sales advisor to add it before finalizing your order.

Can I use points for R1T, R1S, R2, or R3 vehicle orders?

No, Rivian points cannot be used for vehicle deposits, configurations, reservations, or vehicle orders including current R1T and R1S models or upcoming R2 and R3 vehicles. Points are only valid for select products in the R1 Shop and Gear Shop.
